Our Core Values
How we show up. Every day. Every job.
Intentional
Every wire, every connection, every decision is made with purpose. We don't take shortcuts. We plan, we measure, we execute — because intentional work is the only kind worth doing.
Professional
From how we show up on your job site to how we communicate about your project — professionalism isn't a standard we meet, it's who we are. Clean work, clear timelines, zero excuses.
Accountable
We own our work. If something isn't right, we fix it. Our Navy nuclear training taught us that accountability isn't optional when the stakes are high — and we carry that into every project.

What to Know Before Adding AI Servers to Your Office
Most office buildings aren't wired for AI hardware. GPU clusters pull serious power — often 30–50kW per rack — and need dedicated circuits, upgraded panels, proper cooling infrastructure, and monitoring. Before you order hardware, get an electrical assessment. EES has the rare combination of understanding both the IT and electrical sides of AI infrastructure buildouts.

Honorable Discharge... What's Next. The Founding of EES
EES was founded in 2017 while Charles was still active duty — a side mission that became the mission. When his honorable discharge came in April 2020, right as COVID-19 shut the world down, he went all in. No fallback employer, no safety net. Just a decade of Navy nuclear electrical training and the drive to control our own destiny. That decision built everything you see today.
